Industrial Development

gatewaySJS Commercial Real Estate has developed various industrial projects ranging in size from 40,000 s.f. to 500,000 s.f. in Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada and California.  In New Orleans, the project was developed on a site requiring 1,400 pilings, 85 feet deep.  SJS saved over $1,000,000 from the original proposal with a far superior building than what was originally proposed and continued to be operational within days following Hurricane Katrina.
